Principle

Perform a set number of reps at the start of each minute for 8 to 20 minutes. Rest equals the remaining time before the next minute begins. The faster you finish, the longer your recovery. Technique is the priority.

Practical Example

EMOM 10 minutes — Each minute: 10 Air Squats + 20 Mountain Climbers + 10 Push-ups. The remaining time in the minute = rest.
