Principle

Perform as many reps or rounds of a circuit as possible within a set time (8 to 20 minutes). There is no imposed rest time — you manage your own effort freely. The score (number of rounds/reps) allows you to measure progression between sessions.

Practical Example

Safety Tips

Technique degrades with fatigue, so stay vigilant. Fewer rounds with good form is always better than more rounds with poor technique.
